Happy 4th!

I realize I have a site dedicated to our country and all of the profound dates and people related to the development of this great country. Today I am celebrating our freedom and honoring our forefathers and the torchbearers of today. I will pray for our soldiers, marines, sailors and airmen as they continue to serve. In light of this, my hot air will be limited to a simple thank you to all who have sacrificed, contributed and fought for freedom in the court, in protests or on the battlefield. I hope everyone can take a moment to look around and appreciate all we have, take a deep breathe and thank the Lord above for our blessed country!

May God bless you and yours on our day of celebration of our freedom!

Top 5 Movies for the 4th….

I’ve been so busy relaunching and developing some other web revenue streams, so busy I should apologize for my neglect of this blog. I apologize, now let’s take a fun trip through Hollywood.

I’ve narrowed down my choices for the best 4th of July movies to 5. 5 of the best movies, I believe, to watch over the weekend.

1. The Patriot
2. Saving Private Ryan
3. Forrest Gump
4. Independence Day
5. Red Dawn

There are so many to choose from. My criteria is mainly based on which ones I’d like to share with my children. Of course the choice is yours but I recommend something based on pride for country, we seem to be loosing it!
